SPRINGBOARD FOR CAREERS IN THE SOUTH ALPINE SPACE

The regional centres of Upper Carinthia, East Tyrol and the Val Pusteria are important transport hubs, and can be easily reached by bus, train or car. The extensive public transport network also makes life considerably easier for students. The area provides middle schools, high schools, professional high schools and business academies. There are also various polytechnics, private technical high schools for mechatronics in Lienz and Spittal, a school of general medicine and nursing, and an agricultural institute.
